Information we use
We store account names, email addresses, optional telephone numbers, farm and unit details, uploaded photos, messages, saved units, search requirements and support requests. We use these records to operate the service, respond to requests and help prevent abuse.
Public and private information
Approved listings and farm descriptions are public. Public location information is limited to town and county; postcodes are used for distance matching. Account email addresses, saved searches and conversations are private. Be careful not to put personal information into public descriptions or photographs.
Enquiries and support
Messages are shared with the other participant. Authorised administrators can access records needed to investigate a reported problem or support request. Administrative actions are logged.
Search alerts and notifications
You can pause or delete saved searches, unsubscribe through an alert email and change account notification preferences. We send account verification and password-recovery emails when needed.
Location lookup
We use Postcodes.io to convert a postcode into approximate coordinates. A postcode lookup sends the entered postcode to that provider. It does not send your name, account email or messages.
Your information
Contact the operator using the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Closing an account pauses its listings and alerts; it does not automatically erase rental enquiries.
Operator and retention details
The service operator's identity and contact details appear below when configured. Before public launch, the operator must confirm its retention periods, lawful bases, service providers and the complete notice for its actual operations.
