FarmUnits provides an advertising and enquiry platform for rural business space. Owners and prospective tenants arrange viewings and agree rental arrangements directly. FarmUnits does not inspect units, collect rent or provide tenancy advice.
Your account
Provide accurate details, keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate others or publish misleading information.
Listing responsibilities
List only space you are authorised to advertise. Describe its condition, rental costs, availability and restrictions accurately. You are responsible for confirming permissions and the suitability of any proposed rental activity.
Photos and content
Upload content you own or have permission to use. You permit FarmUnits to display that content to operate your listing. Do not upload personal information about others without permission.
Review and moderation
We may request changes, decline or pause listings and restrict accounts that misuse the service. Listing approval is a review of the advert and does not certify the property or proposed use.
Free launch offer
Listings are free during launch, with no card required. Any future paid service will be optional and agreed beforehand.
Before you agree to rent
View the space, check the details and agree responsibilities directly with the owner. Obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Operator details
The service operator must complete and review these terms, including its identity, applicable jurisdiction and contractual responsibilities, before public launch.
